This is the shipping agreement that governs the delivery of the product purchased through our website and the provision of the services and products we sell here. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Website shipping policy at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these shipping policies on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these policies were last revised. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the Website terms and policies.
- We offer free delivery only on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
- Depending on the location, all personalized orders will be delivered within 5-15 working days of the order placement
- In case any unforeseen delay occurs, we will be sure to notify you of this as soon as possible
- To avail of our COD Service, all the items in your cart should be applicable for COD – you will be notified of this on the Product Page
- The pin-code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, online payment has to be made.
- For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- Once a product is opened it can be returned, if completely unused – please refer to our return policy for more details about this
- No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Once you place your FolkCreations order, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure that your order reaches you quickly and exactly as you had hoped! We’re going to try and answer some of the questions most frequently asked to us about shipping and handling:
When will my order ship?
Customized/Personalized orders, may take longer (around 4-8 working days) as they need to be specifically created before shipping. This is our standard shipping policy but in case any unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will be sure to notify you of the same.
In case you simply can’t wait to receive your product and need to know exactly when you will receive it, please email us at support@folkcreations.in, and we’ll try and share this information with you.
Through what carrier do you ship?
We only work with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time but also, in perfect condition. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also provide you with the option of tracking your delivery.
Will I be notified before delivering the shipment?
We will send you an e-mail and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also have a team that is specifically committed to ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. On your behalf, we stay connected to the delivery company to ensure that the product/s reaches you as promised.
